ROLE PURPOSE

Supplier Relationship Manager (SRM) is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing strategic relationships with suppliers to ensure service excellence, cost efficiency, innovation, and risk mitigation across the Facilities Management supply chain. The role drives supplier performance, supports transformation objectives, and ensures alignment with organizational procurement and operational strategies.

Supplier Performance & Relationship Management

• Develop and implement a structured Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) framework.
• Establish and manage strategic and preferred supplier partnerships.
• Facilitate regular supplier performance reviews based on agreed KPIs and SLAs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with key suppliers.
• Resolve escalations and contractual performance issues.
