**Qualifications**:
- 8-12 years' working experience in supplier quality or in related quality function areas, working experience in connector, SMT or semiconductor manufacturingcable assembly, cage assembly is a plus.
- Education: BS degree (or above) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Has advanced knowledge of the supplier management, certified ISO****/IATF***** internal auditor is preferred.
- Mode**:REMOTE/HOME OFFICE**
**Key requirements**:
- Clear understanding of connector, cable assembly, antenna, busbar quality and requirements, including measurement techniques, would be a distinct advantage.
- Strong root cause analytical and problem-solving skills(statistical analysis with Minitab/excel).
- Good knowledge in quality tools (such as BKM, SPC, Cpk, Correlation, 8D, FMEA, Gage R&R)
