Specialist - SQA - Composites / Blade Materials Your Task: Lead Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP4Wind) and Process Sign-Off (PPAP) for suppliers. Assess and develop supplier manufacturing processes for quality, capacity, and capability. Drive resolution of supplier-related quality issues from pre-production through post-launch. Serve as the technical authority for propulsion manufacturing processes. Conduct supplier readiness reviews and launch support, including run-at-rate and PPAP validation. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality alignment.
