Summary About the Position: Plan, direct, coordinate and supervise traffic management and cargo operations for the import and export of all military cargo transiting the command. Develop and maintain quality assurance plan encompassing weekly performance reports, metrics and other management programs to ensure the timely and satisfactory performance of quantity and quality of work. Exercise the full range of supervisory and personnel management authorities and responsibilities in directing work of subordinate staff. Plan, assign and evaluate work and sets and adjusts priorities. Determine cargo processing requirements. Conduct training, special studies, inspections, investigations, and analyses as directed by the Command.
