Summary The incumbent is the Director for the Center for Strategic Analytics and Reporting (CSAR). This senior position is located in the Office of Analytics and Performance Integration (API) within the Office of Quality and Patient Safety (QPS), Veterans Health Administration (VHA). Responsibilities The CSAR is a component of API with national-level responsibilities for healthcare data analysis and reporting in VA/VHA. API utilizes the many interdependent data systems and applications across VHA to generate insights into health system performance and to provide VHA clinicians, managers, and leaders with timely, accurate information needed for improving the care of Veterans. Represents on national workgroups, Congressional briefings and interagency meetings. Leads and facilitates cross-functional working groups, ad hoc task forces and stakeholder engagement activities.
