Summary The Supervisory Program Analyst (SPA) is located in the Office of the Anesthesiology Care Line at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston, Texas. The SPA serves as the Anesthesiology Care Line (ACL) coordinator, advisor, analyst, and planner for the delivery of health care services within the ACL. The SPA has the principal responsibility to assist the Care Line Executive, the Deputy Executive and Section Chiefs by fulfilling management and administrative duties. Responsibilities Duties: Ability to direct, and perform all administrative functions that includes administrative, human resources management, budget and finance management and program analysis, office support services, document control, logistics, and a variety of related administrative matters in support of Anesthesiology Care Line Provide effective leadership and to assist with managing the work activities of a group of personnel.
