Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the Operations Department of NAVSEA INACTIVE SHIPS MANAGEMENT. Responsibilities You will direct, plan, and coordinate work to be accomplished by subordinates. You will evaluate work performance. You will give advice, counsel, and instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters. You will find and implement ways to increase the quality of work directed. You will hear and resolve complaints from employees, refer group grievances and more serious unresolved complaints to the Director. You will interview candidates for positions in the department, recommending appointment, promotion, or reassignment. You will recommend awards for department personnel and changes in position classification, subject to review and approval by the Director.
