Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (NETWORK) in the TECHNICAL SUPPORT DIVISION, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY and CYBERSECURITY of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD. Responsibilities You will be responsible for staffing, coordination, management, and oversight of major Information Management (IM) and Information Technology (IT) functional areas. You will oversee all IT functions to develop and interpret policies, procedures, and strategies governing the planning and delivery of IT services. You will be responsible for understanding the capital planning regulations and policies sufficient to demonstrate total cost of proposed investments and provide input to the IT capital planning process.
