Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (LABOR RELATIONS/EMPL RELATIONS) in the COMPACFLT HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE. Responsibilities You will serve as first line supervisor over a team of Labor/Employee Relations Specialists. You will provide leadership and guidance to Human Resources Specialists who advise and assist managers in the areas of employee misconduct, discipline, grievances, adverse actions employee counseling, performance management, etc. You serve as a SME for Labor Relations and Employee Relations programs providing oversight and technical expertise on human resources case law, principles, practices, and regulations to a team of specialists and serviced customers. You will coordinate and manage a segment of the LR/ER program which involves interpreting policies, guidance, and legislation for its impact on program goals and objectives.
