Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FIREFIGHTER of NAS KEY WEST. Responsibilities You will supervise, provide guidance to ensure workload is understood, and review daily correspondence for detail and accuracy. You are required to make rapid and sound decisions. You will monitor training programs, evaluate instructors, and identify development and training needs of employees, You will respond to alarms and serve as Senior Fire Officer and/or Incident Commander. You will administer public fire education programs and coordinate public speakers in selected engagements. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
