Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FACILITY SUPPORT CONTRACT (FSC) PROGRAM MANAGER in the FSC Management and Facilities Service Branch of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND HAWAII. A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.64% will be added to the stated salary. Responsibilities You will direct, coordinate or oversee work in facilities contract support services. You will be responsible to review, accept or reject all contractor submittals in regard to their quality management system, safety program, environmental program and qualified contractor personnel. You will provide advice to personnel on complex of Command interest projects, individual contract claims ort project modifications, reviewing manpower assignments and organization, or providing advice on operational methods and procedures.
