Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Competitive Service Positions to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: As H&H Branch Chief, this position is delegated authority for making technical and managerial decisions within the framework provided by existing legislation, regulations, and policies. Works under direct supervision of the Chief of Engineering & Construction Division. Responsibilities Stay abreast of overall District water resources program. Set priorities, plan, and provide direction for the utilization of the branch.
