Summary Serves as the Technical Services Branch Chief in the Office of Project Delivery, Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division (FHWA) in Ashburn, VA, supervising multiple engineering disciplines including geotechnical, hydraulics, pavements, transportation operations (traffic and safety engineering), and project support staff. Provides technical leadership and oversight for preconstruction engineering and construction support for highway and bridge projects across the eastern United States. Responsibilities As the Supervisory Civil Engineer (Highway)(Technical Services Branch Chief), you will: Provide technical leadership and management of multidisciplinary engineering services (geotechnical, hydraulics, pavements, traffic, safety, design support, and project support).
