Summary About the Position: This Supervisory Budget Analyst is located at White Sands Missile Range, Resource MGMT DIR with duty location of White Sands Missile Range, NM (merit) Responsibilities Interpret budgetary guidance/directives from higher authority to use in developing effective budget techniques. Resolve problems dealing with major reprogramming, forecasting, and uncertainty involving operating programs that are complex, extensive in scope, and entail multiple funding Serve as Branch Chief, Budget Division, Whites Sands Test Center (WSTC) and plans, directs, coordinates, and supervises the work of a group of Budget Analysts. Formulate, justify, present, execute, and review of the Mission budget for the U.S. Army White Sands Missile Range.
