Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST (SECURITY OFFICER) in the INTELLIGENCE OPERATIONS DIVISION of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-13 and GS-14. Responsibilities You will manage and direct the efficient and effective operations of the branch which includes assigned personnel, budgets, hiring, discipline, process development, performance feedback, quality control and employee development. You will administer the Command's Special Access Programs (SAP) security requirements in support of engineering projects. You will maintain eligibility and access for SCI and SAP efforts and work effectively with the Special Security Officer (SSO), SAP Team Leads, Security Officers, Program Managers, and various stakeholders to provide access to the required systems.
