Job Description
Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the 6102 OR 6103 Branch Head position of CARDEROCK DIV NS. This position is part of Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-13 and GS-14. Responsibilities You will direct, assign and oversee work of a work force comprise of Level II, Level III, and Level IV employees and work group leaders. Plan the work schedules and standards and give instructions on how the work should be completed. You will track the progress of the work, accept or reject the work and evaluate the performance of the employees. Develop and implement measures to improve the quality of the work. You will evaluate subordinate personnel, approve leave; recommend discipline, awards, promotions and other personnel actions; and resolve employee complaints.
