Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the IN-SERVICE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT, UNDERSEA WARFARE SYSTEMS ENGINEERING DIVISION of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA. Responsibilities You will manage and supervise in a complex/dynamic team environment and personnel of varying disciplines and grade levels. You will supervise, mentor, evaluate and counsel government employees assigned to the Branch. You will plan, define requirement, implement and evaluate performance of contractor services to accomplish assigned workload. You will liaison with sponsors, customers and end users to assure products and services meet Fleet readiness requirements and assure they remain current and relevant.
