Job Description

Responsible for coordinating, monitoring all trucking operation services to ensure timely and safe delivery in the most efficient way. Ensure all customer requirements are fulfilled and satisfaction levels are met in accordance with SLAs and KPIs. It is expected to drive the growth and expansion of our Land Transport services which include domestics trucking, cross-border, rail and barge. Strong stakeholder management across operation, sales, procurement, and customer services.

Operations Management

  • Coordinate and monitor daily transport activities, including trucking plan, route optimization, delivery timeliness.
  • Ensure timely system updates and reporting
  • Manage service performance & KPIs, providing action plans for further improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues/ escalations
  • Monitor Operational Finance, including validating the debit/ payment requests from vendors, handling vendor/ customer billing in system...
