Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the supervision of daily operation of all technical and show entertainment aspects of Universal Horror Unleashed (UHU), ensuring show quality, safety, and a positive guest experience. Oversight of Technicians specializing in Audio, Video, Lighting, Rigging, Staging, Special Effects, and Show Controls. Adheres to OSHA and Universal safety standards, ensuring safety of both guests and employees.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Responsible for the supervision of daily Technical and Show Entertainment operations. Overseeing Team Members in the following technical disciplines: Audio, Video, Lighting, Rigging, Staging, Special Effects, and Show Controls. This includes but is not limited to the training of all new Team Members assigned to Universal Horror Unleashed, assessing performance and handling all Team Member relations’ issues, partnering with Human Resources.
