Job Description
Production Management:
Supervise daily production activities, ensuring output targets are met within cost and time constraints. Quality & Safety Control:
Monitor food safety, sanitation, and quality (HACCP, GMP) to comply with regulatory standards. Team Leadership:
Guide and train production workers, manage shift schedules, and ensure a safe, organized working environment. Equipment & Materials:
Ensure proper operation of machinery and manage raw material inventory usage. Reporting:
Maintain detailed documentation on production efficiency, safety checks, and equipment maintenance.
