Supervisor – SEM & Social Ads Operations

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor – SEM & Social Ads Operations to lead our SEM and Paid Social teams. You will be responsible for ensuring campaigns and change requests are delivered accurately, on time, and within SLA while driving team performance, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.

This role is ideal for a hands-on digital marketing leader with strong people management skills and expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilitie

• sLead, coach, and develop a team of SEM and Social Ads Analysts through regular feedback, performance management, and training
