Job Description
The RVC Supervisor is responsible for leading the operational execution, governance, and compliance activities related to Regional Value Content (RVC) calculations and origin qualification requirements under USMCA and other Free Trade Agreements within an IMMEX manufacturing environment.
This role oversees RVC validation processes, supplier solicitation activities, BOM governance, origin determination, cost analysis coordination, and audit readiness to support preferential duty treatment and trade compliance objectives.
RVC Program Management
- Supervisor execution of Regional Value Content (RVC) calculations under USMCA and other applicable Free Trade Agreements.
- Ensure products meet qualification requirements based on tariff shift, RVC methodology, and origin rules.
