As Production Supervisor II at Southco, you’ll shape how we operate, lead complex improvement initiatives, and build the kind of manufacturing operation people are proud to work in. You’ll earn a stake in the business through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan, a 15% target bonus, and a compensation package that puts you in the top tier of the Rochester-area manufacturing market. Compensation: $90,000-$115,000
Annual Broad Based Bonus: 15%

+ Lead a production process across multiple shifts.
+ Own multi-department production performance: safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
+ Lead complex Lean initiatives - Kaizen, TPM, 5S - with cross-functional teams and real accountability for results.
