Job Description
As a result of an internal promotion, we are now seeking a Process Shift Supervisor for our Gruyere operation. Working on an 8:6/7:7 FIFO roster from Perth and reporting to the Processing Coordinator, you will lead a capable crew, foster teamwork and safety, and help us deliver outstanding production outcomes in a workplace where everyone’s contribution matters.
The Opportunity
- Provide effective and strong leadership for the development of the crew.
- Monitor progress of assigned tasks and address any issues.
- Identify and prioritise improvement opportunities and formulate alternatives to systems and methods.
- Assist the Coordinators with implementation of change management initiatives and other projects
- Daily workflow supervision of the crew.
- Partner with Metallurgists to optimise plant performance and share updates with operators.
- Assist with planning of maintenance, budgets, plans and projects.<...
