Casual/Holiday Supervisors of Office and Administrative Support Workers

• FIFO ex Perth to various sites 
• Be part of a national ASX listed contractor with a strong pipeline of work
• Work on tier 1 client sites with a focus on safety and quality

Support our structural integrity and remediation projects across the Pilbara region, contributing to major shutdowns and project delivery without the commitment of a fixed schedule.

You will be responsible for a variety of duties such as;

• Day-to-day site supervision and management of your team
• Ensure site productivity aligns with project timelines
• Lead the team on productive safe work behaviour
• Set up and pack up of site, including contributing to pre-start and toolbox meetings
• Co-ordination of employees and subcontractors
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Liaise closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects run to schedule
