Job Description
Take charge of the Small Tools Program at Valard Construction in Headingley, Manitoba. Lead a dynamic Tool Coordination team while ensuring efficient operations and compliance across project sites.
As a Supervisor, you will report to the Fleet Business Manager and oversee daily operations of the small tools program. This role requires strong leadership skills and expertise in implementing standardized processes within tool cribs, tool maintenance, procurement governance, and inventory management. You will also travel regularly to monitor tool cribs and train site personnel at various project locations.
