Job Description
Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISOR in the LOGISTICS AND LIFE CYCLE ENGINEERING (40000) of NIWC ATLANTIC. Responsibilities You will lead and supervise engineering, logistics, and Integrated Product Support personnel responsible for the design, development, acquisition, sustainment, modernization, and disposal of systems and equipment. You will manage IPS and Reliability Engineering programs, providing technical direction, customer support, and oversight of life-cycle logistics, maintenance planning, configuration management, and sustainment activities. You will develop and manage a skilled workforce through strategic workforce planning, recruitment, employee development, performance management, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
