As the Supervisor, Muttart Conservatory , you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to drive public attendance, maximize revenue-generating opportunities, and deliver diverse visitor experiences. Managing a complex $5 million expenditure and $3.5 million revenue portfolio, you will steer the full lifecycle of annual business planning, fee setting, and commercial contract management. Positioned as a true Leader of People, you will foster a creative, safe, inclusive, high-performance culture, directing talent management and labor relations for an integrated team of up to 50 technical and non-technical staff within a unionized environment.
