About the role
Reporting to the Superintendent of Mine Services, the Supervisor, Mine Operations, Drill and Blast is responsible for assigning work and supervising the Mine Blast crews in meeting production objectives in a safe, environmentally responsible, and efficient manner. Working with Engineering on pattern design, sequence planning, and loading. Working with Pit Supervisors on drill pattern prep and drill sequence. The position follows a 4x4-Day Shift schedule.
In this role you will
- Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies
- Lead and optimize drilling and blasting functions
