Full-time Supervisors of Production Workers

• Strong knowledge of turbine assembly processes, jigs, fixtures, and sequence planning.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical standards.
• Familiarity with ERP/SAP for process documentation and tracking.
• Experience in lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S practices.
• Knowledge of safety protocols, torque tightening, alignment, and clearances in turbine assembly.
• Basic understanding of NDT and inspection requirements during assembly.
 • Competence in troubleshooting process deviations and implementing corrective measures.

 •Knowledge of AutoCAD, Solid Edge softwares for jigs-Fixture design.

• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
