**Description**
**Position Summary:** Responsible to supervise maintenance operations working closely with other supervisors to manage work order system and successful completion of Unity's Capex projects.
**Essential Job Functions:**
1. Oversee Unity work orders system (Spiceworks) and assign work accordingly regarding all maintenance operations.
2. Oversee the operation of the Unity stockroom parts and power tool equipment tracking and maintaining inventory.
3. Oversee the operation of Unity’s Carpenter, Electrical and Machine Shop along with oversee the Water Treatment Plant operations.
4. Estimate labor and material for repairs and Capex projects throughout the campus and residential properties.
