Job Summary
Main objectives and Duties:
1. Supervision of International Helpdesk Staff and make sure they are equip and knowledgeable in processingĀ tickets and executing escalation procedures.
ā Orients, communicates and trains all InternationalĀ IT Helpdesk for their duties and responsibilities.
ā Conducts periodic simulations toĀ ensure team response on major issues.Ā
ā Disseminates work instructions
ā Provides support on high level issues on ITĀ concerns
ā Submits reports to IT Manager
2. Supervision International Helpdesk Staff on providingĀ proactive updates and monitoring of the ticketingĀ system.
ā Provides support on high level issues on ITĀ concerns
ā Monitors and submits clear and accurate updatesĀ on a timely manner thru Emails, Phone Calls,Ā Verbal approach or Instant Messaging(Skype,Ā Google Talk)
