WHAT YOU WILL DO

Oversee the work product of Labourers and Operators by:

• Assign substitute labourer(s) / Operator(s) to areas where a primary Labourer/Operator is absent.
• Instruct Labourers / Operators on the proper mobile and heavy equipment and various hand and power tools.
• Ensure staff are informed of any change in policies and procedures.
• Communicate with Management on issues of staff attendance and performance.
• Train and supervise Labourer and Operator staff as needed.
