Job Description
Shape child and family services as a Supervisor with Wiikwemkoong Child and Family Services. This role focuses on leading early childhood interventions in a culturally responsive manner.
As Supervisor – Early Childhood and Parent Intervention Worker, you will report directly to the administration while nurturing local partnerships. Your insights will inform the development of early intervention strategies for children aged 0-5, promoting a thriving community steeped in cultural values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and mentor Parent Intervention Workers
• Develop programs targeting infants and families
• Cultivate partnerships with community members and stakeholders
