First Nation Representatives Services
Wiikwemkoong Child and Family Services is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Supervisor – First Nation Representatives Services. This role reports directly to the Child and Family Services Director and is responsible for supporting the community’s children and families in alignment with Anishnaabe values and practices.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and mentor First Nation Representatives and support staff; conduct regular supervision, performance reviews, and support professional development.
- Ensure staff adherence to First Nation Representative Services policies and procedures, WUT Child and Family Services standards, legislation, and Ontario Family Court Rules.
- Monitor caseloads, documentation quality, and practice standards; provide direction on high‑risk, urgent, and complex cases.
