Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for a weekend shift Supervisor, reporting to Andy Tapper, Manufacturing Manager within the Alloy plant.
The successful candidate will support supervise and support shopfloor operations, ensuring adherence to EHS protocols, SOPรขยยs and employee training while assisting management in overall shopfloor efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
Operational Duties:
+ Actively participate in daily production and service delivery tasks.
+ Demonstrate proficiency in all job functions within the team.
+ Maintain quality standards and ensures adherence to operational procedures.
+ Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to optimise efficiency.
+ Daily monitoring of production and information flow paths and production rates, along with communication to management to ensure objectives and KPIs are being met.
