About the Role
We are looking for an Engineering Supervisor to lead our Design Engineering team and drive the development of innovative Single-Use Hardware System solutions such as mixers, buffer management systems, filtration systems, etc. This role combines technical leadership, people management, project ownership, and continuous improvement initiatives to support the growth of both standard product platforms and custom-engineered customer solutions.
Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you will oversee a team of Mechanical Design Engineers and Automation Engineers while working closely with Commercial, Customer Service, Production, Quality, and R&D teams. You will play a key role in product development, engineering process improvement, technical documentation, prototype testing, validation activities, and project delivery.
