The Security Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day security operations on-site, leading the guards on shift, ensuring full coverage and discipline, and maintaining compliance with client requirements and SIRA standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise guards during the assigned shift and ensure full site coverage and readiness.
• Conduct roll calls, shift briefings, and task allocation.
• Posts, patrols, and access control.
• Monitor performance and appearance standards, enforce discipline and SOP compliance.
• Respond to incidents, handle de‑escalation, and ensure accurate incident reporting.
• Maintain site records, attendance, patrol logs, occurrence book, daily reports.
• Coordinate with the client site management and elevate issues as required.
• Support onboarding and training of new guards and ensure site‑specific instructions are followed.
