Job Function

Oversee and manage company's Customs operations. The role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all Customs regulations and procedures, while facilitating the smooth clearance and Customs release of goods through international borders.

Key Performance Areas

• Ensure customer requirements are met and exceeded
• Ensure the assigning of entries within 1 hour of appearing on the dashboard
• Ensure ad hoc shipments not appearing on the dashboard are manually assigned, cleared and released
• Assist with entry framing and quality assurance of bills of entries particularly in peak and high-volume periods to maintain the effective and timely turn‑around of shipments for clearance
• Constantly manage and maintain the Clearance dashboard identifying any bottlenecks in all segments of the dashboard and immediately intervene to resolve
