Job Description

Lead, manage, coach, and develop team members to ensure optimal performance. Address customer inquiries and concerns while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders throughout the order fulfillment process (pickup to drop-off) to ensure service standards are met. Prepare and analyze reports on team performance and customer feedback. Stay updated on industry best practices and implement improvements to enhance service quality. Perform other tasks as assigned.
