Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise the installation, testing and commissioning of automation systems control panels PLCs DCS SCADA and instrumentation devices.
- Coordinate with engineers subcontractors and technicians to ensure smooth execution of work as per approved schedules and drawings.
- Review and interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings P&IDs loop diagrams and cable schedules.
- Ensure proper calibration and configuration of field instruments such as transmitters control valves switches and sensors.
- Oversee wiring termination and connection of control and instrumentation systems.
- Monitor the progress of automation works and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies safe work procedures and quality standards.
