Job Overview Responsible for complying with work programs, coordinating a team of supervisors and engineers, and executing production programs, projects and engineering improvements to achieve production volume while maintaining safety, quality specifications, and cost targets determined by the work team. Includes preparing statistical and administrative reports, continuous improvement, and use of lean manufacturing tools. Discipline in planning and controlling the daily and monthly production plan, OEE. Coordination and administration of personnel responsible for executing action plans. Development and implementation of area and/or process improvements. Coordination with service departments (Maintenance, Tool Room, HR, etc.). 5's and industrial safety activities specific to the position. Timely monitoring of COPQ and effectiveness on a daily basis.
