Axiom Builders is looking for a Superintendent to drive multi-family residential project success in Victoria. This essential role focuses on quality, safety, and effective team management throughout construction.
You will be responsible for overseeing field operations, collaborating with project managers, and ensuring contractor compliance. Strong leadership will be key in maintaining high levels of productivity and safety, as well as fostering relationships with all project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely updates and communication to the Project Manager
• Monitor and evaluate subcontractor performance
• Ensure adequate site staffing for project needs
• Proactively identify design and schedule challenges
• Manage contracts and change notices diligently
• Guide trades through effective supervision and feedback
• Monitor safety policy adherence on-site
