Objective / Purpose of the Function

Defines and manages the resources necessary to manufacture products, meeting safety and quality requirements and aligned with the company´s goals. Develop and execute a strategic plan to support and continually improve the knowledge, skills and learning environment in a mid-size, high-mix, multinational engineering and manufacturing organization.

Principal Responsibilities Ensure dignified and professional treatment of all employees in their areas of responsibility. Comply and enforce the legal stipulations, rules and policies that apply in labor, environmental, safety, hygiene and occupational health matters. Ensure compliance with staff training and training requirements. Generate weekly production scheduling for the areas under your responsibility according to the Visual Schedule.
