About the Role

Reporting to the PMO Director, the purpose of this role is to translate strategy into operational plans for leading a portfolio excellence. Keep close interaction with senior leaders and multiple stakeholders providing timely and accurate performance insights under our operational system BOS.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Performance, supporting the asset and projects teams to deliver CAP cycle processes and operational inputs required by asset.
• Portfolio Performance, provide insights over main, sub and process KPIs to Directors and Project Manager.
• BOS, support standardization and continuous improvement in project management processes to ensure excellence and maturity level in BOS.
• Governance & Assurance, support compliance to global and regional standards and requirements to drive value, safety and optimized outcomes for BHP.
