Job Description
Lead local area operations with Canada Post as a Superintendent in Châteauguay, Quebec. Manage mail processes, drive safety standards, and oversee retail activities.
In this full-time, temporary role, you will report to the Local Area Manager. Responsibilities include managing mail operations, ensuring safety, and coaching teams. You will also foster community relations, manage contracts, and handle customer service issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct mail operations, including collection, sortation, and delivery
• Implement workplace safety programs and coach employees
• Manage staffing and staff performance within the unit
• Oversee budgets and recommend equipment for growth
• Evaluate contracted services to comply with expectations

• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in mail operations
