The Role
The Superintendent is accountable for all site safety requirements including contractor management. This position is responsible for overseeing all work on site and ensuring that the physical work is completed within budget, on schedule and in accordance with the contract documents. The Superintendent is committed to minimizing the cost of the project through the efficient use of field staff, equipment, and materials.
What You Bring
- Journeyperson or equivalent qualifications
- 10-15 years of commercial construction experience with a proven track record of projects being delivered on time and on budget.
