Job Title: Superintendent - Underground Utility ConstructionJob Description
This is a field leadership role responsible for ensuring that underground utility construction projects are executed safely, on time, and efficiently. The Superintendent will be the field quarterback for underground utility projects, maintaining communication with clients, owners, and public officials.
Responsibilities
+ Run the day-to-day work on active jobsites.
+ Lead field crews and subcontractors.
+ Coordinate labor, equipment, tools, and materials.
+ Enforce safety and company standards.
+ Work closely with the Project Manager to keep the project on track.
+ Solve field issues as they happen.
+ Review drawings/specifications and ensure work is built correctly.
+ Track production, paperwork, and field progress.
+ Help protect project profitability and support billing.
