General Description: Under the supervision of the Buildings & Grounds Supervisor or designated staff, the Summer Maintenance Worker performs general maintenance, repair, custodial, and grounds‑related duties at municipal buildings, parks, and recreational facilities. The position assists full‑time staff with daily operations and seasonal projects to ensure township facilities are clean, safe, and properly maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with general building and grounds maintenance activities.
• Perform basic repair work, painting, cleaning, and custodial duties.
• Set up and break down tables, chairs, equipment, and event materials.
• Assist with park and recreation facility maintenance.
• Operate basic hand and power tools in a safe manner.
