Job Description
Samfiru Tumarkin LLP is a busy national litigation firm with offices in Toronto, Ottawa, Calgary, and Vancouver. We specialize in employment law, as well as personal injury and insurance litigation.
Our firm is currently accepting applications for 2027 Summer Students at our Toronto office . Student responsibilities include:
- Legal document production (demand letters, claims, etc.)
- Comprehensive research on various topics
- Shadowing legal representatives at various appearances including mediations, motions, and trials
- Completing various administrative duties as needed

This position is hybrid , with the option to work remotely or from our Toronto office. For remote working, a reliable home internet connection is required.
